Returns & Refunds
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk.
At Fair Deal Trading we are committed to providing the best service possible.
Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the fairdealtrading.com website then we will be happy to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of delivery of the product. Notification should be made by email or calling 0845 094 4746.
If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount or replace the product within 14 days.
Please note: Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable if an item is returned .
